As we enter the month of April, it is important we highlight the trends we are seeing for the spring of 2021.
1. Outdoor Patios
If this last year has taught us anything, it’s that it's extremely important to enjoy our homes. This includes outdoor living spaces such as patios or lanais. Creating a welcoming space that is functional for outdoor gatherings, reading spaces, or just a place to enjoy a meal, you cannot go wrong in adding an outdoor patio. 2. Greenery
Another trend we are seeing is the inclusion of native plants. Choosing plants that are local to your area is a great way to maintain your outdoor space with something that is not going to die or cause unwanted pests. Native plants are also easier to maintain due to the weather conditions they are custom to.
3. Warm-Toned Decorative Stone

4. Imperfection
Another trend our team has seen this year is imperfect spaces. We are moving away from perfectly spaced-out gardens and mowed grass and going for a imperfect natural look. It is important to keep your landscape healthy, but in no way does it need to be perfect!
5. Textured Stone
The last trend we are seeing is textured stone. A more textured stone has a more natural look to it that people are incorporating this year. Dimension is extremely important in making your landscape pop, and what better way to do that than using a textured stone.
